Yoga Class For Parkinson’s With Sanjay Raghav

Every Thursday (starting 6th August)

Yoga Class Overview

These classes are specifically tailored to people with movement disorders such as Parkinson’s disease, Parkinson’s syndrome, and Huntington’s disease, who have a fair degree of mobility (light to moderately affected). Participating with a support person is welcomed and encouraged where possible.

Join integrative neurologist and movement disorder specialist, Sanjay Raghav, for a weekly 60 minute Parkinson’s-specific Yoga practice every Thursday.

The teachings covered in these classes are based on the clinical experience and successes of Professor Sanjay Raghav, and his Parkinson’s-specific yoga program, which he has been running with impressive results since 2014.

From week-to-week you will gain the expert guidance, practice and confidence to implement Yoga into your life, so that you can better manage your condition and make a positive impact on your health and wellbeing.
